Steven L. Kay is an Of Counsel to Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. Steven joined the firm in 2009. Prior to working at Jill Miller & Associates, Steven worked with the law firm of Roy P. Kozupsky & Associates where he headed the Estate Administration Department. Steven has practiced exclusively in the trusts and estates field for over ten years, having practiced in both big firms and boutique firms. Steven has represented both beneficiaries and individual and institutional fiduciaries in all aspects of Surrogate’s Court litigation and controversies. Such matters include contested accountings, breaches of fiduciary obligations and will contests.
