Stewart D. Pollak is Of Counsel to Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. Stewart represents individuals in sophisticated estate and tax planning matters as well as in the preparation of Wills and all types of trust agreements. Some of Stewart’s estate planning techniques include the preparation of “what if” calculations and coordinating with other estate professionals (accountants, business consultants, insurance advisors and appraisers).
Stewart serves as legal counsel to Executors and to Trustees in all facets of the administration of simple and complicated estates and trusts including the preparation of estate and gift tax returns.
In addition, Stewart is involved in estate and trust litigation, such as disputed Wills, difficult probate proceedings and contested accountings.
Along with lectures on trust and estate topics, including seminars sponsored by National Business Institute, Stewart has been published in Newsday.
