Kira Polgur

Senior Paralegal

 

Kira Polgur is a Senior Trusts & Estates Paralegal at Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. Kira has worked with Jill as a paralegal since 2001. Kira graduated from John Jay College, summa cum laude, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. Kira also studied law at the Tashkent State Law Institute in Uzbekistan. She is fluent in Russian.

Craig Novack

Legal Assistant

 

Craig Novack joined the firm in 2010. In addition to overseeing many of the firm’s business functions he assists clients with their estate administration business matters and court filings. Craig has an accounting background and has over 20 years of experience focused in the financial services and real estate investment industries. He is a graduate of George Washington University with a BA in Accounting.

Nicholas Molho

Legal Assistant

 

Nicholas Molho joined Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. in October 2025. He works with clients on estate planning and estate administration needs. Nicholas graduated from Tufts University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in International relations, and minors in French and History. In college, Nicholas founded the Tufts Undergraduate Law Review and played on the club soccer team. Outside of academics, Nicholas enjoys biking around the city, exploring new neighborhoods, and playing soccer with friends. 

​Emily Chan

Legal Assistant

 

Emily Chan joined Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. in April 2026. She works with clients on their estate planning and administration needs. Emily graduated from Macaulay Honors College in 2024 with a B.A. in Sociology and Biology, and from the CUNY School of Public Health in 2026 with an MPH in Health Policy and Management. Previously, she helped conduct breast cancer research and worked in an oncology office. She now hopes to apply the skills gained from those experiences to meet and assist clients. In her free time, Emily enjoys crocheting amigurumi, hiking, and reading.
