Kira Polgur
Senior Paralegal
Kira Polgur is a Senior Trusts & Estates Paralegal at Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. Kira has worked with Jill as a paralegal since 2001. Kira graduated from John Jay College, summa cum laude, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. Kira also studied law at the Tashkent State Law Institute in Uzbekistan. She is fluent in Russian.

Craig Novack
Legal Assistant
Craig Novack joined the firm in 2010. In addition to overseeing many of the firm’s business functions he assists clients with their estate administration business matters and court filings. Craig has an accounting background and has over 20 years of experience focused in the financial services and real estate investment industries. He is a graduate of George Washington University with a BA in Accounting.

​Hannah Schneider
Legal Assistant
Hannah Schneider joined Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. in July 2025. She works with clients on estate planning and estate administration needs. Hannah graduated from Smith College in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. In college, she served as the department student liaison, Logic Teaching Assistant, and peer writing tutor, all while working on her senior thesis project on human rights. Outside of academics, Hannah is a passionate advocate for immigrant rights and volunteers at the New York Immigration Coalition, using her volunteer hours to improve her Spanish proficiency. She is also an avid traveler and aims to see thirty countries before she turns thirty!

Sammie Schwartz
Legal Assistant
Samantha "Sammie" Schwartz joined Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. in July 2025. She works with clients on estate planning and estate administration needs. Sammie graduated cum laude from Fordham University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies. Sammie has a deep love for helping others and giving back to her community, and has received the President's Volunteer Service Award for her community service experience. Her past volunteer projects have focused on climate change mitigation and animal rights advocacy. As an undergraduate, she also served her school community by serving in leadership positions in Fordham University's Outdoors Club and Meditation Club. She has let her interests guide her academic journey as she completed her thesis on Movies about New York City, as well as filmed on location in the city itself. When out of office, Sammie can be found in nature reading a book!
