Senior Paralegal

Kira Polgur is a Senior Trusts & Estates Paralegal at Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. Kira has worked with Jill as a paralegal since 2001. Kira graduated from John Jay College, summa cum laude, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. Kira also studied law at the Tashkent State Law Institute in Uzbekistan. She is fluent in Russian.

Craig Novack

Legal Assistant

Craig Novack joined the firm in 2010. In addition to overseeing many of the firm’s business functions he assists clients with their estate administration business matters and court filings. Craig has an accounting background and has over 20 years of experience focused in the financial services and real estate investment industries. He is a graduate of George Washington University with a BA in Accounting.

Natalie Goncher
 

Legal Assistant

Natalie Goncher joined Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. in July 2023. Her primary responsibilities include assisting clients with their estate planning and estate administration needs. Natalie graduated from Colgate University, summa cum laude, in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Environmental Studies, and Sociology. Natalie was a member of Colgate's Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society and Tredecim Honor Society. She received the Dr. William L. Boyle Jr. Award for her work in the Political Science Department. Her diverse academic background reflects her commitment to gaining a comprehensive understanding of societal dynamics. With a strong passion for pursuing a career in law, Natalie is dedicated to being an active member of her community and strives to make a positive impact on those around her.

Allison DeMarco
 

Legal Assistant

Allison DeMarco joined Jill Miller & Associates, P.C. in July 2024. She works with clients on estate planning and estate administration needs. Allison graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, College Honors, in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological & Brain Sciences and History. While her undergraduate work experiences solidified her interest in law, Allison eagerly pursued her other academic interests in her coursework. She is also committed to meaningful community engagement through her not-for-profit cupcake business and through the Matthew DeMarco Scholarship Foundation, which rewards high school students with a passion for learning.
